OOC DISCUSSION: Logistics

This is Tori. I have a quick proposal here.

Instead of ICly holding meetings when they ICly happen, what if we have an IC post go up (on this journal) at the beginning of each month, with the intention that it ICly happens at the end of the month? When the month is up, the minutes get put together and the announcement of any decisions is made on the Rookery.

In other words, a discussion post goes up February 1 and we chatter on there until February 29. ICly, the meeting takes place February 29 or March 1, and the decisions are posted then.

I promise I won't go nuts on threads without waiting for slower members. I have learned.

This should give us plenty of time to discuss all the things that come up and still get the information out in a timely manner for IC purposes.

I suggest skipping January and starting this in February.

All in favor, or with any other suggestions?
